Pricing, SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
Our stated prices do not include applicable sales taxes, VAT, export or import charges, transportation or insurance charges, customs and duty fees, personal property taxes or similar charges, all of which are your responsibility to pay. Unless you provide us with direct payment authority or an exemption certificate valid in the jurisdiction to which we will be delivering, you shall pay all taxes and governmental fees we are required to collect or pay upon sale or delivery.
2. SHIPPING &DELIVERY
If we have stock in our warehouse, we offer NEXT DAY SHIPPING.
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING if you order 2 or more items.
Delivery times are established when we accept your order in writing. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet your requested delivery dates, unless you are in default under these Terms or our performance is otherwise excused. We are not liable for late or delayed delivery. Late delivery is not a basis for your cancellation of any order.
We charge 5,90 EUR for standard shipping worldwide. Using standard shipping the items will usually take 4-10 working days to arrive.
We offer express shipping via Fed Ex. The shipping costs depend on the country we are shipping to. The order must be placed by 1 pm CET to be processed same day.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we do not return the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from unresistible.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to PO Boxes.
We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
Our return policy lasts for 8 days. If more than 8 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is important you check the product on the day you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging without a safety sticker being torn.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
